ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

2. In view of the above, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Registry is directed to call for the records from the trial court, if not already received, prepare the paper book/typed set of papers and post the main appeal for hearing in the usual course.
