COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the third respondent dated 28.03.2003 in Ref. Nos.16280 of 2001 and 16281 of 2001 to quash the same and to direct the first respondent to revise the order of assessment dated 20.04.1994 based on the application submitted by the petitioners dated 15.06.1995.
