The petitioner, Mr.T.Veerappan, who was appointed as Bar Attender on 01.02.2004, in TASMAC Retail Outlet and posted to Shop No.1951, Sakthi Complex, No.6A, Uthukuli Road, Tiruppur, transferred to Shop No.1509, No.151, Main Road, Avinashi. After sometime, he was again posted to Shop No.1920, Tiruppur and given a consolidated pay of Rs.2,000/- per month. On 11.05.2010, he was placed under suspension. His only grievance is that the 2nd respondent has not paid the subsistence allowance or complete https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the enquiry, for which, he has given a representation, dated 21.10.2015. Till date, the said representation has not been disposed of.

Therefore, by putting on notice, Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation, dated 21.10.2010, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
