Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Ka.No.Ko.47/2008, dated 24.09.2008 and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation to ventilate his grievances.
2. Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
