O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue, viz., Preethi before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was in love with Preethi and she is being kept under illegal detention by her father, the fourth respondent herein. On 22.12.2015, the detenue appeared before this Court and submits that she is living with her parents on her own volition and the petitioner is causing unnecessary harassment to her.
3. Recording the above submission, we find that it is not a case of illegal detention warranting issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
