ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd

respondents to Survey the lands and to demarcate the boundaries of the lands of the petitioner based on the application of the petitioner dated 05.12.2020.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.G.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is fixed at 11.00 a.m. on 12.03.2021 at the Office of the Tahsildar, the second respondent herein.

4. The said statement of the learned Addl.Government Pleader is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the representation dated 05.12.2020 of the petitioner through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
