The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 112(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), r/w 5, 7(3) of Lotteries Regulations Act, 1998 in Crime No. 472 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis completed and no case is pending against the petitioner.
