Heard Ms.Zeenath Begam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the respondent whereunder the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.25,536/- towards deficit stamp duty.
3. Mr.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent by producing a letter of the Special Tahsildar (Stamps), Pollachi, dated 21.09.2018, would state that the petitioner has paid the entire amount as claimed under the impugned order.
4.In the light of the above submission, this writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
