O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry based on her representation dated 01.02.2018.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.02.2018 seeking to take necessary action against the respondents 9 to 11 with regard to land dispute and to recover the land, but the same is yet to be disposed of by the third respondent.

3. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 to 8, Mr.Edwinsolomon, learned counsel on behalf of the ninth respondent, Mr.N.Vanaraj, learned counsel on behalf of the tenth respondent and Mr.A.Ramalingam, learned counsel on behalf of the eleventh respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on

merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 9 to 11 herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 9 to 11 herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
