This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in C.A.No.50 of 2021 in C.C.No.92 of 2013, dated 10.09.2020 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 226 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The petition is ordered.
