ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed against the order of suspension passed by the first respondent against the writ petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the Government Advocate that the writ petitioner was suspended from service on 11.09.2008 and thereafter, the suspension order was revoked vide proceedings in IGR No.45068/B1/2008 dated 13.04.2009.

3. Recording the said submission of the Government Advocate that the suspension order of the petitioner was revoked with effect from 13.04.2009, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
