Added Tax Act, 2006 separately and assess the turnover relating to the period from 18.06.2008 to 31.03.2009 separately, under Section 3(4) (a) and (b) of the Act, for, the introduction of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax (Second Amendment Ordinance 2008) is made effective from 18.06.2008.
