By its Secretary to Government, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi Department, Director of Handlooms and Handicrafts, (Full Additional Charge), Kuralagam, 2nd Floor, Chennai - 600 108 from the cause title of the above writ petition.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Further the learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to the petition being allowed. Therefore, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter.
