O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated

17.03.2016 in W.P.No.9787 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned Government Pleader (i/c) has produced a copy of the notification and informed this Court that subsequent to the same, the process of selection is almost completed. He further submitted that final selection list will be published within a period of week's time.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition and the same is closed.
