direct the third respondent to consider the representation dated 07.04.2017 made by the petitioners to provide alternate arrangements so as to provide at least basic need of shelter and occupation.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking directions on the third respondent to consider the representation dated 7.4.2017 made by the petitioners to provide alternate land.

2. It appears that the representation was dispatched on 7.4.2017 (Friday). It is not known when, if at all, the representation was received by the third respondent. This writ petition filed on 10.4.2017 (Monday) is premature and the same is not entertained.
