On 22.02.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instruction from the petitioner and therefore, the Registry was directed to list the writ petition by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list on 01.04.2019. On 05.04.2019, when the matter was listed there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 29.04.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today, the name of the petitioner Mr.M.Chinnaraj is printed in the cause list.
