Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.54, Tamil Development Culture and Religious Endowment Department, dated 13.02.2006 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction a scheme for pension for the members of the petitioner's Association who are retired employees of the 3rd respondent Temple on the basis of the pension scheme sanctioned for Archakkars, Odhuvars and Village Temple Poojaries.
