Respondent/Petitioner Writ Appeal filed under clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order made by this Court in Writ Petition No.19891 of 2013 dated 18/12/2013.

Writ Petition has been filed u/a 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in Rc. No. 143807/GB II (1)/2012 dt 30.6.13 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Deputy Supdt of Police Category I in the panel of the year 2011-12 published by the 2nd respondent in Police Note No.9 Home Department dt 6.7.2012 and promote him as Deputy Superintendent of Police Cat-I and grant him appropriate placement and further grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits at par with his junior.
