O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the idols kept unilaterally by the Vanniyar community inside the temple on 21.04.2021 and grant permission to conduct any festival in Sri Draupadi Amman Temple at Bagaveli Village, Walaja Taluk, Ranipet District until both the Yadhava and Vanniyar communities make joint representation to the second respondent for the 2/4

same, based on the petitioners' representations dated 10.01.2024 and 18.04.2024 submitted to the respondents.

2. Heard Mr.A.Suresh Sakthi Murugan, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the order passed by the second respondent was brought to the notice of this Court.

4. In view of the above, the relief as sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. If the petitioner is aggrieved he has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
