A.No.1437 of 2014 in C.S.No.16 of 2013 N.Sathish Kumar, J., This application has been filed to amend the suit prayer by including certain properties.

2. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the properties now prayed to include is a joint family property, which has to be included for effective partition. The learned counsel appearing for the other side has no serious objection.

3. Having regard to the nature of the suit and as the application is filed to amend the prayer to include certain joint family properties, this court is inclined to allow the application and the defendants can very well defend the suit. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out and amended plaint copy shall be filed by 12.01.2017. 23.12.2016 pvs
