ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in C.C.No.150 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur and quash the same.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners herein have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 19.09.2017 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

4. Recording the submissions made in the affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 19.09.2017, the Criminal Original Proceedings stands allowed. The proceedings in C.C.No.150 of

2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur, is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
