ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.10.2018 passed in W.P.No. 27749 of 2018.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and his claim seeking patta was rejected by the Special Tahsildar, Urban Land Tax, Avadi, vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.42/2020/A1 dated 09.03.2020 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the said order to that effect.
