ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) The original application was filed by 25 persons challenging transfer orders of the seven respondents as early as in the year 2003. 2.
Original Application was decided on 19.12.2003 by the Central Administrative Tribunal setting aside orders of transfer and directing the respondents to re-examine the issue of deployment of surplus staff. Certain other directions were also given to be looked into by 2/4
the authorities in the remand proceedings.

The matter has come up today in 2024 when all the parties i.e., 25 petitioners as well as 7 respondents have superannuated. Thus, the transfer orders, as of today, are not of any relevance. 4.
Recording the above, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. In light of the aforesaid, there is no necessity to order W.M.P.No.32062 of 2023 and the same is also closed.
