These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 12.06.2023 in Crl.MP.Nos.17161 & 17160 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, once in two months, until filing of the charge sheet.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court only during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
