This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in Current Paper No.311/2021 on 23.10.2021 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
