ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect: "The appellant herein may be permitted to file review against the order of the learned Judge in W.P. No.15027 of 2013 dated 09.10.2013. Hence, it is herein withdrawn." 2.

In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, if so advised. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
