PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.38555/W1/E1/08 dated 26.09.2008 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the present Station and School i.e in Arcot Government Higher Secondary School, Arcot, Vellore District. The writ petition challenges the order of transfer made in the year 2008. According to the petitioner he was transferred on the verge of his retirement that's why he has approached this Court against the impugned order of transfer. However, 13 years have been passed by petitioner would have retired from service and the order of transfer would have no effect as on today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
