Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 02.08.2023, the plaintiff has taken out a paper publication in one issue of "the Hindu" dated 22.08.2023 and "Vishalandra" a Telugu daily dated 24.08.2023.

2. There is no appearance on the side of the respondent. Therefore, the interim orders already granted is made absolute.

3. The plaintiff shall attempt to serve suit summons on the correct address of the defendant, returnable by 10.10.2023. Private summons is also permitted.
