ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the requisition of the petitioner dated 19.01.2016.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the first respondent to provide police protection. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
