Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records in view of the letter BR.LR.No.52/8, dated 19.09.2008 issued by the respondent Bank and quash the same directing the respondent Bank to re-consider the petitioner's request for re-scheduling of the loan with such interest concession as fair and equitable.
