This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.3488/2012/A1 dated 24.05.2013 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to grant the lease in favour of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Writ Petition to adjudicate the matter further. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
