Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to participate in the Interview for the selection of posts of Assistant Professor in Commerce, scheduled to be take place on 1st and 2nd February 2011 on or subsequent dates and consider him for the appointment to the post of Assistant Professor in Commerce, according to merits under Backward Class Category.
