Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent and quash the order dated 20.03.2010 in No.MCI-211(2)(MT-307)/2009Ethics/81753 and consequently, direct the first respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the Indian Medical Register and return the original Permanent Registration Certificate bearing No.37768 dated 08.08.1983 issued by the Tamil Nadu Medical Council handed over by the petitioner to the first respondent on 08.04.2010.
