ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.14 of 2021, on the file of All Women Police Station, Arani, Thiruvannamalai District.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Arani, on 07.11.2023. The learned Government Advocate submitted that since E-filing was insisted, the physical final report that was filed was returned and steps have been taken to once again present the final report through E-filing mode.
3. In the light of the above development, relief as sought for by the petitioners in this petition cannot be granted by this Court. If ultimately, the final report is acted upon and summons are issued to the petitioners and they are aggrieved by the same, it is left open to them to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. At that stage, it can also be seen if the parties can be referred for mediation.
