the third party encroachers from the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.456/1, of an extent of 0.95 acres of dry land situate in No.91, Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District and put the petitioner in constructive possession of the assigned land pursuant to the Deed of Assignment of land assigned to the petitioner in the year 1996 by the 2nd Respondent herein.
Prayer in W.P.No.20590 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to remove the third party encroachers from the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.456/1, of an extent of 0.93 acres of dry land situate in No.91, Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District and put the petitioner in constructive possession of the assigned land pursuant to the Deed of Assignment of land assigned to the petitioner in the year 1996 by the 2nd Respondent herein.
Prayer in W.P.No.20591 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to remove the third party encroachers from the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.456/1 of an extent of 0.91 acres of dry land situate in No.91, Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District and put the petitioner in constructive possession of the assigned land pursuant to the Deed of Assignment of land assigned to the petitioner in the year 1996 by the 2nd Respondent herein.
