PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2012 and provide electricity connection to the petitioner's shop at Star Medicals, No.9, 3/1, Somasundaram 2nd Street, Ayanavaram, Chennai-23 by receiving necessary charges from the petitioner.
