(CRIME NO.337 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon`ble Court on 17-04-2021 made in Crl.OP.No.5659 of 2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon`ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5659 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 for executing the bail bond.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the condition imposed by this Court was not complied for the past one year.

3. Heard the learned Government (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners were not complied the condition imposed by this Court for the past one year otherwise the reason stated in the petition for not complying the condition is not satisfied, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
