The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petition was filed challenging the recovery. The learned counsel had taken steps to secure instructions form the writ petitioner to get along with the case. In respect of the efforts, the learned counsel is unable to secure instructions and accordingly reported no instructions. Thus, the writ petition stands closed as non-pressed. No costs.
