This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed as against the judgement and decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.202 of 2010 , dated 18.07.2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Sub Court), Chidambaram.

2. In view of the judgment passed in C.M.A.No.2382 of 2013 dated 13.08.2020, pertaining to the same accident, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is also liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
