This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to implement 2% ratio subject-wise while selecting the candidates from among the ministerial staff applying from each subject as done in the panel of promotion from the Department candidates for 48% as well as by the Teachers Recruitment Board while selecting the candidates in open market.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate that selection process had already been concluded, pursuant to which, the persons have been appointed by the respondents.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the selection process by raising all the grounds that are available to him, if the selection is questioned, if so advised.
