ORDER

On 09.04.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner had informed this Court that he had given change of vakalat. This Court noting the said statement on 15.06.2026 directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause-list and list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Today, the name of the petitioner is reflected in the cause-list. When the matter was called in the forenoon session as there was no representation, the matter was passed over. Even when the matter was called again in the afternoon session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through alternate counsel.

3. Thus, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
