JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the suit is laid for declaration of title over the suit property and for consequential injunction. The 1st defendant is contesting defendant and defendants 2 to 5 were the tenants. The tenants did not contest the suit even before the First Appellate Court. The sole contesting defendant, the 1st respondent herein has died and the learned counsel for the plaintiffs awaits instruction from his clients.
