Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamum, calling for the records of the second Respondent in respect of the impugned clause 5 (b) of the admission to 3 year Higher Specialty Courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges Prospectus 2010-2011 issued by the second Respondent and the third Respondent in respect of imposing a condition that only non service candidates who have completed their qualifying postgraduate degree in Tamil Nadu Government Colleges under State Quota/All India Quota (After amendment) with satisfactory completion of two-year bond period as eligibility criterion for applying to the aforesaid admission to 3 year Higher Specialty Courses in Tamil Nadu, Government Medical Colleges, quash the same as null and void and thereon accordingly direct the Respondents to delete the said clause enabling the petitioner to seek for admission to 3 year Higher Specialty Courses in Tamilnadu Medical Colleges for the academic year 20102011. COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the clause 5 (b) of the admission to three years Higher Specialty Courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges Prospectus 2010-2011, thereby imposing condition that only non service candidates who have completed their qualifying postgraduate degree in Tamil Nadu Government Colleges under State Quota/All India Quota(After amendment) with satisfactory completion of two-year bond period as eligibility criterion for applying to the aforesaid admission to three years Higher Specialty Courses in Tamil Nadu, Government Medical Colleges. 2.
Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the writ petitions submitted that the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present petitions. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
