Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent's proceedings D.No.1156/2023 RC No.A2/E5606579/706/2023 dated 13.10.2023 and D.No.1211/2023 RC No.A2/5606579/706/2023 dated 31.10.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 13.10.2023 passed in D.No.1156/2023 RC No.A2/E-5606579/706/2023 by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted a representation for reconsideration of his transfer due to his father's illness.

3. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
