..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to approve of the petitioner appointment as per the 3rd respondent Proceedings No.14/2018-2 dated 08.06.2018, with effect from 11.06.2018 with all monetary and other consequential benefits, based the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent in their letter in Na.ka.No.45/18-19 dated 26.10.2018, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to grant approval of the appointment of the petitioner with all attendant benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed in the 3rd respondent school as a B.T. Assistant on 11.06.2018. The 3rd respondent school had already forwarded the papers seeking for approval of the appointment of the petitioner. The approval is pending before the 1st respondent for the last 19 months and no orders have been passed till date. As a result of the same, the petitioner has not been paid the time scale of pay and he is paid only a consolidated amount of Rs.12,500 every month. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 1st respondent, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3.Heard Mr.V.Ajay Khose, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to immediately deal with the file of the petitioner wherein approval has been sought for the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant in the 3rd respondent School and necessary orders shall be passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with a copy of this order. The petitioner shall also mark a copy of the same to the 2nd respondent. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
