ORDER

The petitioners / Accused, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 336(1), 335, 336(2), 337, 336(3), 340(2), 341(2) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the enquiry against the petitioners was conducted and an F.I.R. has been registered and the accused has been arrested and released on bail.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
