This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.01.2018 against the above said person named in the complaint and investigate into the matter and submit a report to the court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been registered in Crime.No.40 of 2018.
