Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to execute the warrant dated 12.12.2017 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur in Crime No.909 of 2017 and to seize the bus bearing registration No.TN-31-AA-3299, Engine No.WPH479922 and registration No.WPE669254 and produce the before the Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur in Crime No.909 of 2017 and seize the bus and produce the same before the Magistrate. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that the bus was in possession of one Mr.Ismail and he had filed a suit in O.S.No.318 of 2017 and had obtained an order of injunction not to interfere with his usage of the bus. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the same has been intimated to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur who had issued the warrant for the seizure of the bus.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition and it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
