Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of a writ, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings A.Thi.Mu.No.473/A4/2013 dated 01.02.2013 in so far as it relates to the non-allowing of the time for passing of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the 4th respondent School from the date of her appointment allowing her to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test within five years from the date of her joining duty and consequential to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary from January 2013 to till the date and continue to pay the salary.
