ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 23.11.2022 challenging the order of the second respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.1474/Aa3/2022 dated 17.10.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent by means of force and threat had transferred the subject property from the petitioner's son namely Mr.Ravichandar in favour of M/s.Krishna Estates by way of sale deeds in Doc.Nos.8065 and 8067 of 2016 which are alleged to have registered through fraudulent power of attorney and the petitioner's signature has been forged. As against which, she preferred a complaint before the second respondent and the second respondent has passed the impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.1474/Aa3/2022 dated 17.10.2022. Challenging the same, the petitioner preferred the appeal on 23.11.2022 before the first respondent, which is pending without consideration. Hence, the petitioner prays this Court for issuance of direction to the first respondent to conclude the appeal proceedings and pass orders within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to conclude the appeal dated 23.11.2022 filed by 2/4

the petitioner and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
